"When I started hearing about HYH, I did not truly understand the scope of the program and what it did, and I did not have the time to really learn about it prior to the conference calls. Yes, I came up to speed at some point (I think), but I there was still the confusion surrounding it. (I would consider it the same as looking at different EMRs. For most of us docs, we have no idea what we really want or need, so we instead look at the pretty blue background, etc). I wonder if you should send out an e-mail with the "talking points" of HYH. For instance, HYH:

  1. Helps the patient by:
    • Forcing them to think about their health during the survey
    • Giving them readings directed at the diseases they admit to during the survey
    • Giving them an action plan to take to their doctor
    • Allowing them to have a personal health record
  2. Helps the doctor by:
    • Allowing them to see the action plan of their patients
    • Allowing them to have practice specific data on issues such as access, efficiency, etc"
